Our 1-2-1 sessions are just that - you and us one on one. A Pilates programme will be designed specifically for your needs and to allow you to move towards your goals. These could be anything from becoming stronger to improving balance or rehabilitating an injury. Perhaps you've not been able to play with your kids or grandkids due to back pain - we've got you covered!
