By signing up to classes, you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy:
Pilateso Studio – Class Cancellation Policy
- Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: All class bookings and memberships are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation Notice:
If you need to cancel a class, you must do so with more than 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class start time. -
Credits:
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a credit for the class. This credit is valid for booking another class and must be used within the timeframe specified below:

- Credits not used within this time are forfeited.
- Credits for 4-packs are tobe used within 2 months of purchase, and single class credits are to be used within 2 weeks.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend a booked class (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the class and no credit or refund will be issued. -
Monthly Cancellation Allowance:
Each membership package allows a specific number of permitted cancellations per month (see table above). If you exceed your monthly cancellation allowance, any further cancelled classes within that month will result in the loss of the class credit. -
How to Cancel:
All cancellations must be made via Teamup, our online booking system.
By booking classes at Pilateso, you agree to comply with this cancellation policy. This ensures fairness to all members and allows us to manage class availability efficiently.
